Returns / Refund Policy / Cancellations
Faulty / Damaged Goods
If the product is defective, please give a full fault description and return the item with the original packaging to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey, all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
- We will refund the return postage costs on faulty products.
- Returned items are tested and will be returned to you if they are found to be in working order.
- Please thoroughly CLEAN all returned faulty products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days starting the day after delivery. Goods are refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
If you have received the ordered goods, they must be returned in their original packaging, unopened.
Please note that once goods have been opened, the order is not eligible to be cancelled.
